Before we begin, things you should know...
Lead time-

Custom work typically takes about 6-8 weeks from beginning design phase to finished piece. Creating one of a kind work requires extra care, time and attention so please allow for this process. That said, sometimes we can move things faster if the design is less complicated. Rush orders may incur extra costs to expedite. Another option is to customize an already existing piece by adding stones.

Reusing customer metal-

We can reuse your heirloom precious metals including gold and platinum. We do not reuse silver. Reusing your precious metals is a great way to keep close those sentimental pieces that you wish to bring back to life but it is not an effective way to save money. A great deal of extra effort is made to keep your metal separate and this process incurs extra costs. Inquire for project specific details.

We do offer credit for your precious metal scrap which is sent to a green refinery. This credit can be used toward a new SH piece using our refined precious metals.

Using customer stones-

We can usually use customer's stones. We will ask for a photo to determine if it's a possibility.

Pricing-

Custom jewelry costs more. Expect to pay at least twice as much for a custom piece as you would for something similar on the site. This is because custom work requires an immense amount of energy, time and attention to make something one time. That is also what makes it so special.

For a fully custom one-of-a-kind piece there is a $2500 minimum spend.

Customized jewelry - adding stones, engraving, and modifications to existing SH jewelry is priced per project and generally less expensive than full custom work.

Payment plans-

Once your design and estimate have the thumbs up you will be sent an invoice to pay 1/3 of the total project cost as a nonrefundable deposit. This will queue your order with notice of updated lead times and expectations.

The second payment is due upon completion of wax model before casting in your choice of metal.

Third payment is due upon completion of your piece before shipment.
